THOMPSON, Eileen Christina
Peacefully on Wednesday, February 7, 2018 with her daughter by her side, at her home of Tabor Manor at 89 years of age. Loving mother and best friend of Margaret and the late Stewart Shirley. Nanny of Meghan (Chian) and their fur babies Bentley & Spencer, Lauren (Vince) and their children Bella & Vincenzo and David and his boys David Jr, Jason, Alex. Eileen is also survived by several nieces, nephews and their families. She was predeceased by her parents William & Emily (nee Cluff) Thompson and her siblings Bernice Fairbrother, Audrey Jones, Stanley and Margaret (infant) Thompson. In keeping with Eileen’s wishes a private family graveside service has taken place at Fairview Cemetery, Niagara Falls. Memorial donations to Alzheimer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Considerate Cremation & Burial Services, 52 Scott Street West, St. Catharines (between Ontario Street & South Service Road), 289-362-1144.
