Peacefully, at the St. Catharines General Hospital, on Saturday December 18, 2021, Frank Mosher passed away at 47 years of age. Beloved husband for 23 years to Amy Dionne. Loved son of Elizabeth “Liz” Mosher and the late Cliff. Dear brother of Chuck Mosher (Michele). Loved son-in-law of Marvin and Lori Fisher and brother-in-law of Josh and Jake Fisher. He will be sadly missed by his dog and best friend, Edie. Frank will also be missed by many other extended family and friends. Frank enjoyed his time playing guitar and pool and also enjoyed many outdoor activities. Due to Covid restrictions, a Celebration of Life for Frank will be held at a later date. Donations to the St. Catharines SPCA would be appreciated by the family. In honouring Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
