We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Ian Baker at the St. Catharines General Hospital after a lengthy illness. Beloved husband of 52 years to Joanna. Loving father of Andrew (Joanne), Shannon Bessey and Matthew (Danielle), cherished grandfather of Hannah, Paige, Lauryn, Lucy and Nolan. Best Buddy to his four-legged friend, Rusty. Ian enjoyed playing Euchre and taking photos of various ships travelling through the Welland Canal. He will be missed by his many Ham radio friends who knew him as operator (VE3 OZN). In honouring Ian’s wishes cremation has taken place.
