It is with heavy hearts we announce that our Mom has passed away at 93 years old. Loving mother of Susan Chiarelli, Kathryn Meissner (Frank) and Stephen Chiarelli (Cheryl). Cherished Granny to Krista Whalen (Chris), Mathew Jefferies (Carmen), Sarah Thomson (AJ) and Johnathan Meissner. Great-Grandchildren Jocelyn Whalen, Cohen, Bryce and Troy Jefferies.
In honouring Isabel’s wishes cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Association or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
