BOWERING-NEWPORT, Jacqueline “Jackie” (nee Cook)
Peacefully, at NHS-St. Catharines, on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 76 years of age. Loving mother of Teresa Seaton and her husband Randy, John Bowering and his wife Tammy and Suzanne Bowering and her husband Chris Ruish. Proud Grandma of Tyler, Jocelyne, Kurt, Cassandra, Cameron, Mercedes, Shalynn and Kasey and six great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, James Newport, parents, John and Georgia Cook, and siblings, Jan Cook, Lynn Honsberger and Debra Cook and her grandparents, Elizabeth and Robert Duff. Jackie was employed at the Credit Bureau for over 50 years. In honouring Jackie’s wishes a graveside service will be held at 11:30 am on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Victoria Lawn Cemetery; please meet at the front gate at 11:15 am. Memorial donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
