June 11, 1935 - November 9, 2022
Janice Seburn passed away peacefully, at Hospice Niagara, on November 9, 2022 at the age of 87. Dearly loved mother of Roger and Brian (Holly). Special Grandma of Steven, Christopher (Justine) and Bradley (Jessica). Adored Great-Grandma of Abigail and Averie. Honorary “Grandma” of Kyle and Megan Wade. Dear sister of Betty Dixon. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband of 66 years Morley Seburn (September 2020) and by her special daughter-in-law, Carol Seburn (March 2022). Jan was loved by all her family and friends especially her Toronto family, Hay Lake family, her swim and lunch pals and Connaught Public School staff where she volunteered in the library for 47 years. There are not enough words to thank the amazing, caring staff at Hospice Niagara who cared and loved Mom like their own.
In honouring Janice’s wishes a cremation has taken place. If so desired, memorial donations to Hospice Niagara would be appreciated.
