Jason passed away peacefully on December 20, surrounded by the love of his family. 'Jay' was 47 years of age, and was predeceased by his Opa, Wm Lammers, and his Mom, Margaret Clarke. He leaves behind his 'precious gifts', his children, Alana and Alyssa. Jay will always be lovingly remembered by his Oma, Joanne Lammers, his Dad, John (Kate), brothers, Richard (Brenna), Michael, Aaron (Simone), sister Jennifer, many nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Cremation has taken place, and a private family ceremony was held on December 22. Extended family and friends will be invited to come together to commemorate Jason's life at a future date. Donations to Community Cares St. Catharines in Jason's memory will be gratefully accepted.
