Peacefully, on Friday January 21, 2022, at Albright Manor in Beamsville, Margaret passed away at 101 years of age. Beloved wife of the late Reginald. Predeceased by eight brothers and sisters. Loved mother of John (Audrey), Alex (Sandra), Charles, (Lina) and Marion (Nick). Cherished grandmother of Margaret, Andy, David, Carmen, Wayne, Wendi, Ron, Brian, Mailyne, Jessica and 15 great grandchildren. She also held in high regard, many nieces and nephews and she looked forward to seeing them, especially at the yearly family picnic. In her retirement, Margaret loved to travel. At different times of her life, she enjoyed woodworking, skiing, curling, gardening, oil and pastel painting, knitting, baking, crochet, needlepoint, sewing and quilting. During her senior years, she was very active in the Gravenhurst Seniors Centre and throughout her life, whenever she had a garden, she loved to share her flowers with her Church on Sundays. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will hopefully be possible in the summer of 2022 at St. Davids Presbyterian Church in Vankoughnet.
