MORIN, Marie Margret
After a brief battle with cancer, Marie passed peacefully at Hotel Dieu Shaver on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at 58 years of age. Dear Mother of Rebecca Seguin. She’s the daughter of Laurent Morin and the late Myrna (nee Peterkin) (1997). Dear sister of Norine (Yvon), Maryann, Lilianne (Steve), Joeanne (Skip), Tim Beam, and Michael Morin and their families. Those closest to her would describe her as a beautiful and kind soul, a caring and loyal friend. She was strong, courageous, generous and loving. She loved her daughter and family deeply, her cats even more so. She was a lover of art, music, good food, and would never turn down an opportunity to laugh or tell a joke. She was loved by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Welland Hospital and a special thank you to Hotel Dieu Shaver for all of their outstanding care. A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
