Passed away on Friday January 1, 2021 at Extendicare. Phyllis was born in Mountain Road Manitoba on January 18, 1944. Predeceased by her parents Nick and Pearl Baraniuk. Sister of Loraine Melnechenko, Josie Chemerika and Richard Baraniuk. Dear friend of Walter, Nestor and Lucienne Chemerika who always included Phyllis in many family celebrations over the years and making her feel special. A sincere thank you to Niagara Region Community Health Services who cared for Phyllis throughout her life. Thank you as well to the staff at Extendicare on Pelham Rd. St. Catharines for your exceptional care over the last few years. We will all miss this special soul who has touched our lives in many ways. In keeping with Phyllis’ wishes cremation has taken place and her cremated remains will be interred in Mountain Road Manitoba with her family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Considerate Cremation & Burial Services (52 Scott Street West, St. Catharines) 289-362-1144.
