Peacefully, at NHS-St. Catharines on Friday, September 30, 2022 at 90 years of age. Loving husband of Henny (nee Marcus) for 37 years. Dear brother of Bruce (late Vicky), John (Marty), Trix and Mary; predeceased by sister, Gonny, and brothers, Sye, Andy, Peter and his parents, Peter and Grace (nee Van derVeen). Survived by sisters-in-law, Jenny, Hessa and Jane. He will be missed by Henny’s siblings, John (Jackie) Marcus and Mary (Erik) Tingberg. He was an uncle to many nieces, nephews and their families. William retired from General Motors in 1990 after 31 years of service. In honouring William’s wishes a Celebration of Life will be held at 11 am on Saturday, October 29, 2022 at Knox Presbyterian Church, 53 Church Street. Memorial donations to Knox Presbyterian Church would be appreciated.
