Obituary

FAIRGRIEVE, William Smith

Passed away suddenly, at Queenston Retirement Residence, Niagara Falls on Monday, February 1, 2021 at 75 years of age. Beloved husband of the late, Michelle (2008). Survived by his sisters: Peggy Caldwell, Barbara Fairgrieve & Heather Fairgrieve and his niece, Kerry (Rick) Niesink, and nephew, Kevin (Elaine) Caldwell and their families. Bill was predeceased by his parents: Jim and Alice, brother, Jim, and brother-in-law, Bob Caldwell. Bill was employed as a machine operator at TI Automotive Canada Inc. until his retirement in 2005 prior to moving to Niagara Falls from Brampton. A special thank you to the staff of Queenston Retirement Residence for all of the care and friendship shown to Bill. In honouring Bill’s wishes cremation has taken place to be followed by a private family inurnment service at Greenwood Cemetery, Orangeville. Memorial donations to Hearth & Stroke Foundation or Cancer Society or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to Considerate Cremation & Burial Services, 26 Nihan Drive, St. Catharines (between Lake Street & Scott Street), 289-362-1144. Online condolences may be made at CCBSCares.ca
