Obituary for William Warne King
KING, William “Bill” Warne 1942-2023
Heaven gained a courageous and brave man today. Bill passed away peacefully, at the Extendicare St. Catharines, on March 7, 2023. Beloved husband of Robin. Loving father of John (Carole Kiss), the late Katherine Harrop and Stacey (Robert Cabaj). He will be missed by his sisters Lindi (Marc Roger) and Roberta Spires (John) and his son-in-law Clark Harrop (Gillian). Proud grandpa of Abigail Cabaj, Christina Cabaj and Oliver Harrop.
Bill will be remembered for his quick wit and sense of humour. He was a thinker, problem solver, sudoku enthusiast, loved to read anything by Terry Pratchett and loved all things science which led him to a fulfilling career as a process engineer. He was loved by many.
Our family sincerely thank the health care team at Extendicare who has cared for him the last eight years. May he Rest in Peace and forever be in our hearts.
