LOKE, Yvette Suzanne (née Legault)

Passed away, peacefully, at Hamilton General Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones on Friday, December 17, 2021 at 78 years of age. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Loving husband Wayne Loke of Fort Erie. Dearly loved by her children; Tina Tetu (St. Catharines), Mark Tetu (Toronto), and Dawn Small (husband Ed) (Fort Erie). She was adored and will be lovingly remembered by her five grandchildren: Amanda & Alexandra Colson, Kristopher Tetu-Baverstock, Michelle Tetu and Zachary Small. Loved by her siblings; René (Françoise), Claire Savage, Denise Dubois (late Patrick), Diane (Rhéal Lavigne), Gilles all of Sturgeon Falls, Lionel (Rosa) of Kitchener, Daniel (Cathy) of Milverton and Roger of Ottawa. Predeceased by her parents, Lucienne (née Soucy) (February 7, 2004) and Horace Legault (September 23, 2021) and her brothers; Marcel (1944) and Marcel (1979). Yvette enjoyed reading, swimming, photography, art and cooking; she was a member of Church of God International. Her family would like to extend their appreciation for the loving care Yvette received from the hospital doctors, nurses and staff. In honouring Yvette’s wishes a private family service has taken place. Memorial donations to Church of God International Canada would be appreciated.
